I just received a free Windows Vista Beta DVD from following site:

I think, it is only for US costumers. You have to fill up a survey and then it will come to you..

You can use the embeded part from the any videos shown on the left side and paste it as HTML code.
any video site like youtube, soapbox, myspace .. there will be an URL part to post them in blogs..
let me knw if u hv any diff..
